Mana

Mana has opened it's doors in the iconic Ancoats, Manchester. Their new home has been selected to allow them to create a space that is truly their own; enabling them without limitation the opportunity to provide the experience they've been dreaming of.

Carried out by a team and ZSpace professionals working in conjunction with internal and external designers, we created a unique and informal dining experience in just 6 weeks.

Starting with a blank canvas, we constructed a feature curve which is embodied within the 8m high ceiling to house the feature lighting.

Textured walls and quarried stone tiles provide the earthy feel, alongside solid wooden flooring which is laid throughout the restaurant and restrooms creating continuity between the areas.

We sourced materials from across the world and created this space by incorporating bespoke cabinetry, hand carved sinks, elegant interior lighting, exclusive to Mana.

Mana specialises in the art of fermentation, in doing so we created two fermentation rooms alongside a living herb wall to allow them to create their show stopping food pieces.

We were extremely proud to be a part of something so unique to Manchester and working alongside the likes of Rische Group and JRD Ltd.
